Operation of the Sub-programme “Culture” of the EU Programme “Creative Europe” in Latvia is ensured by the Ministry of Culture by providing individual consultations to the applicants of the project, organising informative seminars regarding support programmes, as well as publishing monthly leaflets with information regarding the current Programmes and other cultural sector’s competitions, scholarships, practice and study opportunities.
